I love having my LJ as a wonderful reminder of things I forget from the last few years but I'm moving on. For the most part. When I'm feeling exceptionally ramble-y or feel like writing something really personal, I may still write here. But for now, I'll be blogging (hopefully more often than I did here) at

I just started it. I'll probably mess with formatting and the main picture a bit in the next few weeks. But I'm looking forward to writing more and writing more coherently and cohesively. And about a lot of random or interesting shit. And of course, lots of pictures of cats.

i like the new blog. if i had more time i would have a blog, but really i would probably just talk about school anyway. hope things are going well! i cannot wait to settle down enough to own a dog. one cat is enough right now. i know what you mean about talking to people's pets though and not even their owners! haha. animals rock, that's all there is to it. i would be a foster mom, but i would keep them all and it would be a bad scene! :)

haha i'm glad i'm not the only one! and i've thought about fostering too, but i know i can't do it. i would just want to keep them.
how's school? is stats a little more manageable? i hope all is going well out in VA. and i'll see you at christmas!

hey, school is ok, just stressful. i was really sick this past week and missed a couple things and am playing catch up. stats can suck it. hehe. i will be home dec 15-22nd, so if you are in town i would love to meet up. wasn't sure what your schedule was like for the holidays.

I am doing the same thing - public blog for random/interesting things and the LJ for the personal stuff....which rarely get written.

Also - just in response to the pet talk on the blog - when you are here for Thanksgiving you will meet my dog Ava and Andrew's 2 cats - so maybe take some Claritin or something?? We may also put them away and clean really well to help with allergies.

oh don't worry about it! i hang out w/cats pretty regularly and i don't mind getting a little sneezy. and i'll definitely take some claritin beforehand. also i'm so excited about meeting ava! i've seen so many cute pictures.
